If you’re anything like us, fitness classes have always been an important part of our weekly routine. It’s always exciting to plan out different ways to stay fit, de-stress, and socialize.

These days, access to exercise looks a little different. We’re taking lots of long walks and doing slow stretches. Meditation has made a welcome appearance. And we are looking to something we may have avoided in the past the at-home workout.

Luckily, your favorite fitness instructors are out there trying to keep you moving from their own homes. We’re all in this together, so we might as well keep sweating together.

Take a look at some of the at-home virtual workouts that have been keeping us sane.

Sky Ting

If luxuriously slow and challenging yoga poses are your thing, check out Sky Ting Yoga’s live-streaming classes. Their aesthetically-decorated studios and soothing instructors will truly get you out of your head and into your body (at least for an hour).

Monster Cycle

When it’s all about the music, look no further than the cycle instructors from Monster Cycle. From Leigh Barton with her Zoom Goth Yoga classes, NikkiPebbles with her Lizzo vs. Britney dance routines, and Ky DiGregorio, who is curating and sharing concrete-pounding running playlists. There’s something for everybody.

Hipfit by Laura

You don’t need to jetset to feel like Beyonce. Jersey-based Laura Miller has developed a Zoom full body cardio dance class that takes the songs you can’t get out of your head and sets them to sweat-inducing, easy-to-follow choreography.

Class by Taryn Toomey

If you’re looking for a sweaty mix of mindfulness and body conditioning, look no further. Taryn Toomey will get you stretching, moving, shaking, and pretty sore the next day. Ditch your inhibitions, because you’re in your living room.

Honorable mention: TikTok dances? They’re so hard, you guys!
